Job Description
As a WFH Recruiter at Kairos Global Search, you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and placing candidates across various industries. This is a fully remote position offering flexibility to work from home, with a high commission structure based on placements. The ideal candidate should be self‑driven, motivated, and eager to excel in the fast‑paced recruitment industry.
There will be training provided!
- Get involved in business development such as to identify and target potential clients, building a robust pipeline of business opportunities
- Source and screen potential candidates through various platforms and networks
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Collaborate with the team to understand client requirements and deliver suitable candidates
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is an added advantage
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Driven by results with a goal‑oriented mindset
- Sales driven attitude is necessary
- Ability to thrive in a commission‑based role
