Position: HR Officer: People, Policy & Compliance (Remote)
A care and education organisation is seeking an HR Officer to support the HR Business Partners and ensure effective delivery of HR services. The role involves leading HR projects, maintaining compliance with employment legislation, and coaching managers across the business. Ideal candidates should possess a CIPD Level 5 qualification and have strong generalist HR experience. This position is home-based with some travel involved.
