• Laying the foundations to build and lead your own recruitment team

• Proven experience in recruitment (ideally in the social care or healthcare sector)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and ambitious
• A genuine interest in helping people and improving outcomes in the care sector

• Flexible salary DOE
