Hybrid work-from-home option. Open to sector. We are seeking experienced senior recruitment consultants or managing consultants with a track record of responsibility and success within their specialist sector.

This is a key player role to set up a division within our operation of a quality- and people-driven recruitment business. We are a small, ambitious agency with a non-corporate feel, combined with professionalism and collaboration.

• Lead the creation and growth of a new sector division within the organization.
• Work closely with leadership to hire, develop, and manage a team within your sector expertise and network.
• Utilise your 360 recruitment experience to drive division performance and candidate/client development.
• Act as a culture add who contributes to building a positive, collaborative team environment.
• Provide strategic input and participate in ongoing mentorship and professional development.

• Proven experience as a senior recruitment consultant or managing consultant in your sector.
• Strong career history in a 360 agency role with a broad network and demonstrated success.
• Ability to build and lead a new division, with a track record of taking ownership and delivering results.
