As an HR Consultant, you will work across a variety of client projects, providing hands‑on HR support and guidance. Your work will cover the full spectrum of HR activities, from employee relations and performance management to policy development and change management. You’ll thrive in a dynamic environment, adapting to different client needs and delivering impactful results.

• Deliver HR projects on‑site for clients, acting as a trusted advisor
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compliance
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Support organisational change initiatives and workforce planning
• Build strong client relationships and ensure HR solutions meet business objectives

• Experienced HR professional with broad HR experience (generalist or consultancy background)
• Confident working independently and on client sites
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Flexible and adaptable, comfortable delivering a range of HR services
