As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment processes across highly technical and senior-level roles. This is a consultative, quality-led environment
, not high-volume contingency. You’ll work closely with clients, candidates, and internal leadership while building long-term relationships in a niche, high-demand market.

• Minimum 6 months’ experience in a recruitment agency (any sector considered)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, driven attitude with a desire to learn
• Hands-on leadership and mentoring from the CEO
• Exposure to retained & exclusive searches
