About the Role:We are seeking an experienced SAP Success Factors consultant to join our team and help shape the future of digital HR management. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment with exciting, varied projects.
Responsibilities:- Lead and independently manage SAP Success Factors projects
- Advise clients on optimizing their HR processes using Success Factors
- Design and implement innovative cloud HR strategies
- Coordinate and oversee project activities, timelines, and deliverables
- Mentor and coach colleagues to support professional growth
- Contribute to the continuous development of the company
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience with SAP Success Factors
- Strong expertise in Success Factors, ideally including Employee Central
- Experience with HR digitalization strategies and system transformations
