Why do you do
  • Participate in the management of the business department from an HR perspective, aligning HR practices with business objectives.
  • Establish and optimize the human resource management system tailored to the respective business department’s needs.
  • Provide feedback on the implementation effectiveness of HR policies, projects, and processes to HR experts and the HR Shared Service Center (SSC).
  • Coordinate employee relations, conduct training needs assessments, and support talent development initiatives.
  • Formulate and execute the annual HR work plan for the business department.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and action plans that adapt to the business department’s operational characteristics.
  • Participate in the construction of leadership development programs and talent development pathways within the business department.
  • Support corporate culture transformation and actively engage in related change initiatives.
Why you need
  • Bachelor’s degree or above from a recognized university; major in Human Resources or related fields is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of professional HRBP work experience; prior experience as an HRBP in large Internet companies is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong interpersonal rapport, and a proactive learning mindset.
