Why do you do

Participate in the management of the business department from an HR perspective, aligning HR practices with business objectives.
Establish and optimize the human resource management system tailored to the respective business department’s needs.
Provide feedback on the implementation effectiveness of HR policies, projects, and processes to HR experts and the HR Shared Service Center (SSC).
Coordinate employee relations, conduct training needs assessments, and support talent development initiatives.
Formulate and execute the annual HR work plan for the business department.
Develop and implement HR strategies and action plans that adapt to the business department’s operational characteristics.
Participate in the construction of leadership development programs and talent development pathways within the business department.
Support corporate culture transformation and actively engage in related change initiatives.

Why you need

Bachelor’s degree or above from a recognized university; major in Human Resources or related fields is preferred.
At least 3 years of professional HRBP work experience; prior experience as an HRBP in large Internet companies is a plus.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong interpersonal rapport, and a proactive learning mindset.
