We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join our People & Culture team. The ideal candidate has min. 2 years of hands‑on experience managing payroll in our entities and a solid understanding of Greek labor and social security regulations. You will assist in processing payroll accurately and on time, while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and internal policies.

As a Payroll & Benefits Specialist, you will:

• Assist with the preparation and processing of monthly payroll for employees in Greece and our foreign entities.
• Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and other payroll components.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records in the HR/payroll system.
• Ensure compliance with Greek labor laws, social security contributions, and tax regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Finance) to resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing reports for management, auditors, and authorities as required.
• Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll in a timely and professional manner.
• Consult the team on benefits, tax and labor law related issues.

To be successful in this role as a Payroll & Benefits Specialist, you should have:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing in Greece; experience with foreign entities (UK, US, Cyprus) is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience in Greek labor law, social security, and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in payroll software (preferably Pylon or any other Epsilonet product) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
