Are you a proven recruitment or sales professional looking for a flexible, remote role that allows you to work with a dynamic team and build a recruitment desk from the ground up

Equation Recruitment, a REC Audit accredited agency since 2011, is expanding into Finance & Accounting recruitment, and we need a talented Recruitment Consultant /Researcher to help drive our success.

• You thrive on finding and placing top talent through job boards and Linked In.
• You excel at screening, interviewing, and managing offers like a pro.
• You have the sales acumen to develop new business via email marketing and cold calling.
• You're confident on the phone
  , self-motivated, and highly organised.

Flexible, remote or hybrid role (work from home or our Bicester office).
Part-time hours (20-27.5 per week) between 9 AM 6 PM, with a mix of mornings and afternoons.
Annual salary: £23,920 - £27,040 (pro-rata) + Bonus

Experience in recruitment or B2B sales (agency, in-house, or business development but not retail).
Confident communicator happy to engage with clients and candidates via phone and video.
Organised & proactive able to manage recruitment pipelines and client relationships efficiently.
Tech-savvy comfortable using job boards, Linked In, CRM systems, and video platforms like Teams/Zoom.
Ambitious & growth-focused interested in building a long-term career in recruitment.
