You need to be:

• An experienced education recruitment consultant (c4+ years’ experience working in an education recruitment agency)
• Based in and around Leeds
• Self‑driven
• Self‑motivated
• Comfortable working alone

Hiring the right talent is important so my client is open to salary and expectations.

You will have the freedom, having full autonomy to run 'your business' as you wish. In return, you will have the support of a branch network and other home workers with regular contact via Teams with a Director.
