Based in the heart of Manchester,theircybersecurity go-to-market desk is one of our most dynamic and rapidly growing teams, and they’re looking for a talented recruitment consultant to jointhemtohelp drivetheirsuccess even further.

As a Recruitment Consultant ontheircybersecurity / SAAS desk, you will :

• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates in the cybersecurity / SAAS sector.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and closing deals.
• Develop a deep understanding of the cybersecurity market, staying ahead of industry trends and leveraging this knowledge to provide exceptional service.
• Work closely with the team to achieve and exceed individual and team targets.
• Contribute to the growth of the desk by identifying new business opportunities and expanding our client base.

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within cybersecurity, IT, or a related field.
• A strong network of contacts within the cybersecurity industry is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• A self-motivated, results-driven attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also taking ownership of your own desk.
