The Benefits Specialist performs and administers one or more organizational benefits programs to our clients.

• Serves as the primary contact for clients and plan vendors.
• Ensures client benefit plans' accuracy, performs quality checks of benefits-related data.
• Assists clients and members with benefit claims issues, plan changes, enroll clients with carriers and processes life status changes.
• Responds to benefits inquiries on plan provisions.
• Processes and administers leave of absence requests and disability paperwork.
• Provides reports for allocation and billing.

• Associates Degree or above
• 2-5 years of group benefit experience

Location: Queen Creek, AZ

Salary: $90,840.00 - $
