Responsibilities
  • Source candidates through social media, job boards, and networking platforms.
  • Create and post engaging job advertisements to attract potential applicants.
  • Conduct thorough resume reviews and preliminary interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and cultural fit requirements.
  • Keep track of candidates and manage the recruitment pipeline efficiently.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and evolving recruitment practices to optimize hiring strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in online recruitment or related fields.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Familiarity with various recruiting tools and technology.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and clients.
  • C1/C2 level English proficiency.
