What you will do with us:

• Participate in and conduct sales pitches and actively sell Spotted services to clients
• Activate and expand mandates with existing clients and acquire new customers
• Collaborate with Sales and Social Recruiting teams on cross- and upselling activities
• Build and maintain a strong network of professionals within your assigned industries and directly approach candidates
• Conduct interviews and create meaningful application documents

Your Profile:

• At least 3 years of experience in recruiting or personnel placement
• Selling, consulting, inspiring: a service‑oriented approach with a flair for sales and client relations
• Team player: strong social skills and a joy for working in interdisciplinary teams
• Passion for HR technology, innovation, and the continuous development of products
• Strong in sourcing talents through digital platforms
• Fluent in German and French

• Willingness to travel to the Job Cloud office in Geneva or Zurich (1–2 times per month)
