About UsAs one of the fastest-growing home-based healthcare providers, we combine world-class clinical care with operational rigor and modern technology. Families trust us because we respond quickly, advocate for caregivers, and operate with integrity and consistency.
We believe that people cared for at home deserve a dignified, self-determined life — and that family caregivers are heroes whose work must be supported and fairly compensated. That’s why we focus on two pillars: empowering caregivers with professional training and hands-on support, and ensuring they’re rewarded for the immense value they provide.
The RoleWe’re looking for an experienced and motivated Talent Partner (full-time) to take our talent acquisition to the next level. You’ll own recruitment processes, sourcing strategies and ensure a top-notch candidate experience, while helping build and scale our team.
Important:
Our office is in St. Gallen, and this is a hybrid role, so regular in-office presence is required. However, you can work remotely while commuting—for example, starting your day on the train from Zürich before arriving at the office.
- Identify, attract, and engage top talent through creative sourcing (Linked In).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and align recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future hires.
- Ensure a seamless, positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Plan and run onboarding sessions, supporting new employees from day one.
- Maintain accurate applicant and onboarding data in HR systems (Personio).
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, ideally in a startup or fast-growing company.
- Proven success with creative sourcing strategies (primarily Linked In recruiter).
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for candidate and employee experience, with initiative and teamwork.
- Agile mindset, hands-on attitude, and drive to make a real impact.
- Fluent in German and English (C1/C2); responsible for conducting interviews in both languages.
Crush Mediocrity: Mediocrity is poison. It kills speed, morale, and companies. We hunt it down and eliminate it. Good enough is never good enough. Demand A-Player performance from yourself and everyone around you. Own your shit. Deliver excellence, fast. No excuses, no passengers.
Question. Delete. Simplify. Accelerate. This is how we build momentum:
Question every requirement – who asked? why? Delete ruthlessly – parts, processes, bureaucracy. If you don't add 10% back later, you didn't cut enough. Simplify what's left. Then, accelerate cycle time like hell. Challenge everything. "It can't be done" means "You haven't figured it out yet. Go do it." Break bottlenecks, find shortcuts, remove friction.
We are building something vital, and we are doing it at lightning speed. This requires intensity, focus, and a relentless drive to execute. If reading this makes you want to jump up and build faster, welcome to Pflegewegweiser. If not, get out of the way.
If you’re ready to grow with us and make a difference, we’d love to hear from you!
