What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Assist the Provider Recruitment team with logistics throughout the recruitment process for physician and advanced practitioner candidates
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of practice models and regional communities to assist with candidate inquiries
  • Manage outbound communication campaigns for recruitment, including emails and mass communications
  • Coordinate candidate interviews, including travel and lodging arrangements for site visits
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and maintain a resource library for provider recruitment
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s Degree and at least one year of related experience
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
  • Proven track record of exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage at all organizational levels
  • Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous healthcare sales or recruiting experience
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct efficient Internet research
  • High energy level with adaptability to meet the needs of medical staff
  • Experience in managing off-site recruitment events
