• Meet daily and weekly metrics to grow and retain the clinician network
• Utilize the employer's applicant tracking system to manage candidate information
• Consult with clinicians to understand their career aspirations and engage them throughout the recruitment process
• Negotiate compensation packages and present candidates to Account Managers for client openings

• Associate's Degree plus 0-2 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 2-4 years of work experience
• Previous sales or recruiting experience
• Detail-oriented and customer-oriented mindset
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards

• Experience in the healthcare staffing industry
• Proven track record of successful recruiting or sales
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
• Strong networking abilities to build relationships with potential candidates
• Knowledge of current travel industry trends
