Regional Recruiter

What you’ll do

The Regional Recruiter works independently with numerous branches to build relationships with local job centres, colleges and community partners, creating an attraction plan for high‑quality care workers. The role offers flexibility – one or two days per week from home – and requires travel across the region to understand demand, support interviews, selection and onboarding. You’ll thrive on challenge and enjoy meeting SLA’s and KPI’s while converting local data into actionable plans to inform future hires.

You will have a supportive team that encourages sharing new ideas and solutions to improve the hiring process.
