Role Overview

You’ll work as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
, responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle—sourcing talent, managing client relationships, and delivering high-quality placements across engineering, project development, commercial, and executive-level roles in renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and screen candidates via Linked In, job boards, networking, and referrals
  • Write compelling job adverts and candidate briefs
  • Coordinate and manage the recruitment process from interview to offer
  • Advise clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategy
  • Manage and maintain the CRM/ATS system

  • Meet monthly KPIs for business development, interviews, and placements
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house); renewable energy or technical sectors preferred
  • Passion for sustainability and the clean energy transition
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach and strong business development mindset
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools (Linked In Recruiter, Bullhorn, etc.)
  • Confidence working with senior-level candidates and clients
Desirable (but not essential)
  • Experience recruiting for roles in solar, wind, energy storage, EV infrastructure, or hydrogen
  • Knowledge of the UK energy market and the clean tech ecosystem
  • Experience placing mid- to senior hires or contract roles
What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary + commission structure
  • Hybrid or remote working flexibility
  • Company laptop and software tools provided
  • Clear progression path in a growing, niche consultancy
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Opportunity to work with purpose-driven clients across the UK, Europe, APAC and North America
