Remote HR Business Partner

What You’ll Do:

The HR Business Partner will support the Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) Sales support global organizations and executives/managers in implementing strategic and tactical HR initiatives focused on achieving and exceeding business objectives. This individual will deeply engage with leaders and managers and serve as a critical and influential member of the leadership teams they support. The selected candidate must be a strategic thinker and must have a proven track‑record of building partnerships with all levels of employees and managers.

They must have a history of implementing successful HR programs across heavily matrixed and global organizations. Strong organizational agility, business acumen, relationship building, and solid execution are the key skills to being successful in this position.

This role will also act as the HR PMO coordinating and rolling out HR programs, recruitment requests amongst the various geographies.

• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience and prior HR Business Partner experience
• Results orientation and demonstrated strategic thinking, innovation, and flexibility in dealing with changing and ambiguous situations

• Good communication, presentation, consultation, partnership and interpersonal skills and comfort with Executive‑level interaction

• Ability to prioritize workload and multi‑task effectively while also considering future organizational requirements with a positive outlook

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, HR Management, or related field
• Prior experience working with teams across multiple geographies is a plus. Must be willing to adopt a flexible time schedule and work style to meet the needs of a complex and matrixed global organization

The base salary range for this position in Colorado, New York City, Nevada and Washington, is $100,000-$120,000. Lenovo's various benefits can be found on
