Rex is seeking a Recruiting Operations Associate – High Value Targets: a disciplined and detail‑obsessed operator to support hiring the most foundational roles across the company, targeting the top 1% of talent. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience supporting high‑output recruiting teams with exceptional administrative skill, thrives on precision and process discipline, and delivers a world‑class candidate experience while driving the recruiting engine forward.

This individual thrives in a support role but can also hunt when needed, and is capable of recruiting across tech, private equity real‑estate, insurance, and beyond. Strong command of Linked In, AI, and recruiting technologies is essential, along with proficiency in navigating networks to surface top‑tier talent and mining top‑target candidate leads. The role also includes supporting leadership in strategically deploying external recruiters to expand reach while maintaining cost control, scheduling, and process clarity.

Success demands exceptional presence—someone polished and professional over video, phone, and in writing, with the instincts and judgment to recognize strong professional talent. Candidates must be mission‑driven, committed to catalyzing human flourishing through business, and fully aligned with our values. Fully remote.

The Role

As Recruiting Operations Associate – High Value Targets, you will be the backbone of Rex’s recruiting function, driving the operational excellence that allows us to land the top 1% of talent. You will own scheduling, pipeline tracking, process coordination, and candidate experience, ensuring that searches run with speed, precision, and clarity. You will maintain order across multiple high‑stakes searches, supporting senior recruiters and leadership in both execution and strategy.

While your primary focus will be operational discipline and candidate experience, you will also engage directly in sourcing and outreach when needed, using Linked In and AI‑enabled tools to surface and engage elite professionals. This role requires a strong operator mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to deliver flawless execution in a high‑accountability environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage scheduling, candidate communications, and interview coordination across multiple searches
  • Maintain order, accuracy, and timeliness in all recruiting operations, from pipeline tracking to reporting
  • Support recruiters and senior leadership in search execution while ensuring a world‑class candidate experience
  • Source and engage candidates across tech, real estate, insurance, and other sectors when needed
  • Mine candidate leads using Linked In, AI, and recruiting technologies to expand reach and precision
  • Assist leadership in managing third‑party recruiters, ensuring cost control and clarity of process
  • Uphold Rex’s mission and values in all communications with candidates and partners
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience supporting high‑output recruiting teams in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Linked In Recruiter and recruiting technologies, including AI‑enabled sourcing tools
  • Ability to coordinate complex scheduling and logistics with precision and speed
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, polished presence on video and phone
  • Experience sourcing or recruiting across multiple verticals (tech, real estate, insurance, etc.) preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a lean, high‑accountability environment

Compensation

Base Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 annually.
