The role

As a Regional HR Case Manager, you will be the trusted advisor for all employee relations matters across your operational region, working closely with managers and colleagues to resolve a wide range of employee relations matters. You’ll identify training needs and provide practical, hands‑on guidance to resolve disputes and mitigate risks.

From time to time, you will also be involved in wider HR projects, including TUPE, reorganisations and change initiatives, supporting both operational teams and HR colleagues across the business.
