The role

You’ll join the team in the East Midlands (Nottingham), stepping into a desk with serious momentum. There are no cold starts or empty pipelines. With over 231 trading clients, PSLs already in place, and a resource team feeding you candidate options, you’ll be set up to bill quickly and build deep client relationships.

Most of the work is blue collar trades, labour, civils, plant, and the business has access to more than 250 active sites ready to go. If you’re tenacious on the phone, comfortable walking onto site, and know how to get things done, you’ll thrive here.

• £28k to £45k base salary, depending on experience and billings
