• Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 360° permanent recruitment consultants.
• Strategy: Define and implement talent acquisition strategies and effective team structures to meet company targets.
• Coaching: Provide clear guidance, feedback, and development to drive team performance.
• Operations: Manage your own client portfolio and support your team in placing IT specialists and executives.
• Team Culture: Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance environment.

• Extensive experience in 360° IT permanent recruitment, including business development and delivery.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop recruitment consultants.
• Strength in defining and executing recruitment strategies and effective team structures.
• Hands‑on mindset with the ability to manage your own clients while supporting the team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
