Summary

The HRIS & HR Analytics function is a critical part of the Human Resources team and is responsible for the development and execution of a strategy for operational excellence across HR. This role partners with all HR functions—including Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards and Diversity & Inclusion—as well as other departments across the firm to support key initiatives and company objectives.

In addition, the role continuously improves HRIS systems, fulfills HR reporting needs, builds a data analytics practice, and oversees payroll procedures.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between HR, stakeholders, and IT to coordinate project execution and departmental initiatives.
  • Address roadblocks to deliver enhancements aligned with HR’s strategic direction.
  • Execute reporting and analytics tasks, including fulfilling report requests and producing the monthly CHRO reporting package.
  • Coordinate and help execute HR analytics dashboards across all practice areas of HR (CHRO, OD, TM, TW, and TA).
  • Conduct business analysis of HR data across all areas, taking exports and analyzing the information.
  • Research best practices with HRIS and Analytics.
  • Administer metrics and create reports to tell the story of Organizational Development.
  • Execute HR’s portion of the payroll process, ensuring deadlines and audits are completed before Finance processing.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships to keep stakeholders engaged, responsible, and proactive toward planned goals.
  • Assist the Director with updating policies and procedures, business continuity activities, and other ad‑hoc projects.
  • Act as a departmental change agent to identify and drive opportunities for continuous improvement, process optimization, and system enhancements.
  • Complete ad‑hoc projects and requests as needed by the Director, Executive Director, OD or CHRO.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to convey meaningful insights.
  • Strong prioritization skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple time‑sensitive projects.
  • Think multiple steps ahead and prepare for potential problems, escalating issues when appropriate.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with peers and leadership.
  • Desire to change the status quo, challenge assumptions, and embrace ambiguity.
  • Ability to work in a confidential environment.
  • Knowledge of HR functions and business processes (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Learning & Development, etc.).
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience.
Technical Skills
  • HRIS Experience.
  • Workday reporting experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Advanced Excel experience (preferred).
Certifications

None

Education & Training
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Data analysis experience.

Compensation
  • Salary range exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses.
  • Base salary determined by skills, experience, and/or education.
  • Firm believes in pay equity and considers internal equity of current team members as part of the final offer.
  • Usually hires below the maximum of the range to allow for future growth.
  • All employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus; bonuses are not guaranteed.
Salary Range

$79,000.00 – $98,300.00

Incentive Range

6% to 10%
