• Source and refer candidates based on provided job criteria
• Leverage networks, outreach skills, and sourcing tools to find top talent
• Work asynchronously with complete flexibility
• Receive compensation for each qualified lead passing an internal review

• Experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent referrals
• Strong Linked In network OR access to high-quality talent pools
• Familiarity with the job markets in LATAM, Africa, or Europe
• Fluent in English for professional communication
• Reliable, responsive, and results-driven approach
