• Strategic HR Policy:
  Develop, formulate, and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that strengthen the organization.

• Strategic workforce planning:
  Design and execute strategic workforce planning aligned with business needs and vacancy targets.

• Performance Management:
  Monitor key HR metrics, including absenteeism and employee engagement; collaborate with managers to implement improvements that drive employee performance and satisfaction.

• Advice and Compliance:
  Provide guidance to management and directors on employment conditions, labor laws, and employee relations; ensure compliance with HR policies, local labor regulations, and best practices.

• Health and Safety:
  Oversee health and safety procedures to ensure compliance with standards; foster a safe and supportive working environment.

• People Operations & Employee Relations:
  Manage people operations, ensuring HR processes align with company goals; handle complex employee relations issues with professionalism and fairness; support recruitment efforts and contribute to talent acquisition strategies.

• A higher professional or university degree in HRM, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a comparable field.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a strategic HR function, including management experience.

• Strong experience in a startup or scale-up environment, having built HR frameworks from the ground up and managed company growth.

• Deep knowledge of employment law, HR strategies, and organizational development.

• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, processes, and systems.

• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
