OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Career Coach to support professionals transitioning from employment with the U.S. Embassy in Quito. The role includes virtual coaching, resume strategy, and job interview preparation.
Responsibilities- Conduct one-on-one coaching in Spanish
- Support mock interviews and career goal planning
- Guide clients through transition steps and job readiness
- Located in Ecuador
- Fluent in Spanish (English preferred)
- Experience in career advising, coaching, or HR support
Remote position, 1099 contractor, $900/month for 5 months.
