Job Summary

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual HR & Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our growing team in Singapore. This remote role offers the opportunity to support our HR and recruitment operations while collaborating with diverse teams across the organization. The Virtual HR & Talent Acquisition Assistant will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, manage HR documentation, coordinate employee onboarding, and support HR initiatives to foster a positive organizational culture. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.

  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.

  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring seamless integration into the company.

  • Assist in preparing HR reports, documentation, and presentations as required.

  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.

  • Respond to employee queries and provide support on HR policies and procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in HR administration or talent acquisition.

  • Familiarity with HR software, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities.

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Experience
  • Previous experience in a remote HR or recruitment role is highly desirable.

  • Exposure to various industries and understanding of diverse hiring practices is a plus.

Working Hours
  • Full-time, flexible working hours aligned with Singapore Standard Time (SST).

  • Remote work from home; occasional virtual meetings as required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.

  • Ability to use HR technology efficiently, including ATS and HRIS platforms.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills.
