We are seeking a dynamic and driven Bilingual Spanish Recruiter to support high-volume recruitment across diverse roles. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, fluency in both English and Spanish, and a passion for connecting top talent with meaningful opportunities.
Prior call center experience and a proven work history are essential.

- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles, with a focus on Spanish-speaking talent
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance
- Conduct interviews in both English and Spanish, ensuring cultural fit and role alignment
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools to manage and track candidate activity
- Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events (virtual and in-person)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the hiring process
- Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professionalism
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred - Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent/professional level required)
- Proven work history with reliability, professionalism, and results
- Minimum 1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume or call center environment
- Prior call center experience (as a recruiter or agent) is strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (Linked In, job boards, ATS)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based - Subject to program and location requirements; willingness to submit up to a Level II background and/or security investigation with fingerprint. Drug screening may be required
