Job Details- Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Hours:
Monday - Friday;
Wednesday optional WFH - Location: Boston, Massachusetts
- Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 + equity (compensation dependent on related experience level)
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand staffing needs and develop a winning strategy to find exceptional candidates.
- Be a proactive hunter
, using strong communication skills to cold call, engage, and build relationships with a diverse pipeline of candidates. - Strategically source talent through various channels, including Linked In Recruiter, job boards, networking events, and referrals.
- Own the full recruitment cycle
, from reviewing applications and initial screens to coordinating interviews and guiding candidates through the final stages. - Collaborate with our Senior People Operations Manager to refine processes and deliver key results aligned with ambitious company goals.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities with exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills that can capture and engage top talent.
- Proficiency in using an ATS (Greenhouse is a plus), Google Workspace, and various online systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience recruiting for engineering, technology, or GTM roles.
- Experience working in a startup environment.
