WHAT WE NEED FROM A PART-TIME FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE:

We're seeking someone who brings:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of computer systems
  • Strong commitment to guest satisfaction and a positive, professional attitude
  • Ability to handle stressful situations
  • Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience in a hotel environment or a customer service role is preferred, but we are willing to provide training to the right candidate.

WHAT YOU WILL DO AS OUR FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE:

You are the face of the hotel, responsible for providing exceptional hospitality. Your role includes giving every guest a warm welcome and ensuring they enjoy a seamless and pleasant stay from check-in to check-out. You will manage guest information, handle room assignments, answer inquiries, and assist with any needs or concerns to guarantee an excellent experience for all guests.

WHEN YOU'LL WORK

  • Part-time status
  • This position requires flexibility; you may work various shifts, including a swing Shift, the afternoon shift from 3 PM to 11 PM, and two to three nights a week
  • We ask that you be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
