Ready to take the lead in creating unforgettable in-room dining moments? At The Celtic Collection, we're looking for a passionate and dynamic In Room Dining Manager to oversee our renowned Room Service operation, delivering five-star hospitality straight to our guests' doors.
What You'll Be Doing- Lead, motivate and develop a dedicated team to deliver warm, courteous and flawless service.
- Oversee daily operations including scheduling, stock management, minibar processes, training, and guest correspondence.
- Drive revenue through thoughtful upselling and attention to detail.
- Maintain exceptional food safety, hygiene and presentation standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen, restaurant and hotel teams to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction.
- Take an active role in innovation - from menu ideas to service enhancements.
- Uphold and promote The Celtic Collection's Purpose, Vision and Values in everything you do.
- 4+ years' experience in a food and beverage service environment, including hotel experience (essential).
- 2+ years' supervisory experience managing and developing people.
- Strong food, beverage and wine knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills, immaculate presentation and unwavering attention to detail.
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling and stock control.
- A guest-centred attitude and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, high-expectation environment.
- Relevant qualifications (NVQs, Food Hygiene, WSET etc.) are welcome and valued.
