Position Title: Sr Catering and Events Manager
Salary: $90,000‑$110,000

The Catering Manager (sales and operations) is responsible for the successful execution of all catering events. This position supervises sales and event order communications, scheduling, training of service staff, planning, delivery, setup, cleanup, and invoicing for all daily events.

- A.S. or equivalent experience
- General hospitality knowledge and an interest in sustainability and sustainable food practices
- At least two years of similar work experience
- Ability to interact with a diverse, high‑volume customer base in a friendly and efficient manner
- Ability to operate a web‑based ordering system, process customer requests, changes to orders, menu updates, and client profiles
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet applications
- Ability to write professional and efficient emails to clients and customers
- Compliance with company uniform standards for this position
- Use of all personal protective equipment per company guidelines
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, complete tasks without direct instruction, and problem‑solve for the best solutions
- Supervision of 5–10 hourly employees, including delivery personnel and culinary staff
