Central Reservations Coordinator
Iconic Luxury Hotels, New Milton, Hampshire, BH25 6QS

Working for four of the most iconic hotels in the UK, you will be fundamental to the ever expanding success of these hotels. Working within an established team and with no two days being the same, this is a job for someone who has appetite and wants to work for the pinnacle of hotels.

Atrue English original, Chewton Glen is a privately owned luxury country house hotel & spa located in the heart of the tranquil New Forest countryside and just minutes from the coast. This 70 bedroom hotel has a spa, two restaurants and a brand new cookery school, The Kitchen in collaboration with celebrity chef, James Martin.

Cliveden House is a Grade I listed stately home with grandiose grounds and modern hospitality. The Lygon Arms is a medieval classic coaching inn in Broadway, with 86 bedrooms, a restaurant, spa and wine bar. The Mayfair Townhouse is the newest Iconic Hotel in London, offering personalised, intuitive service and privacy.

Responsibilities
  • Provide central reservations support for Iconic Luxury Hotels.
  • Handle inquiries and manage reservations efficiently using hotel booking systems.
  • Maintain accurate availability, rates, and guest information.
  • Support the wider reservations team and contribute to guest experiences.
  • Upsell experiences across Iconic Hotels to maximise revenue.
  • Be a point of contact for regular guests, delivering a bespoke experience.
Qualifications / About You
  • Experience working within a reservations department.
  • Confident communication by telephone and email.
  • Excellent understanding of Opera V5 and Premier Spa;
    Opera Cloud knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and deliver the best guest experience.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Working from home requires high-speed internet, a reliable router with Ethernet, and a suitable workspace.
Aim of the Central Reservations Coordinator role
  • Confident knowledge of all Iconic hotels and ability to sell and upsell experiences.
  • Navigate electronic hotel booking systems to increase productivity.
  • Represent all Iconic Hotels with pride and professionalism.
  • Increase potential revenue by upselling to future guests based on each hotel’s offerings.
  • Take ownership of enquiries and see bookings through to finalisation.
  • Serve as a point of contact for regular guests, providing a bespoke experience.
