Area Sales Coordinator - Remote

• Manage Delphi bookings, including creating contacts, accounts, and expenses reports
• Assist with planning and hosting group site visits, including client entertainment
• Conduct site inspections and meet/greet group clients and VIPs upon arrival and departure
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations for events

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a sales/catering assistant, preferably with Delphi and Opera systems
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
• Demonstrated ability to work with and support cross-functional project teams

• Experience in a luxury hospitality environment
• Familiarity with event planning and coordination
• Previous roles that involved direct client interaction and relationship management
