Business Development Executive

Hybrid role reporting to the corporate office in Roanoke, Tx 2 days per week. Remote role will be considered for the right candidate.

We’re seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive growth by selling task force
, temporary (TF) and direct-hire (DH) staffing services to hotels and hospitality groups nationwide.

This role is ideal for a sales professional who already sells into hotels, understands decision-makers in the industry, and has an established network of hotel contacts.

• Prospect, develop, and close new business with hotels and hospitality groups
• Sell temporary and direct-hire staffing solutions across multiple departments (front of house, back of house, housekeeping, F&B, events, etc.)
• Leverage your existing hotel relationships to open doors and grow revenue
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to contract execution
• Maintain and expand a strong portfolio of hotel clients
• Partner closely with operations/recruiting teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery

• Proven experience in B2B sales to hotels or hospitality groups
• Experience selling staffing/services strongly preferred (hospitality staffing a major plus)
• Existing network of hotel decision-makers (GMs, HR leaders, regional ops, procurement, management companies)
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working remotely
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

• Experience with hospitality staffing agencies
• Experience selling outsourced hotel services (housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, events, linen, security, etc.)
• Experience with national or multi-property hotel groups
