The Indigo Road Hospitality Group (IRHG) is a family-oriented hospitality group with growth opportunities across 30+ locations, dedicated to internal hospitality and memorable experiences for guests through food.

As the Executive Chef, you will work the line and will be excited to encourage staff development and promote a positive experience for staff and guests to achieve P&L goals. You’ll look over all aspects of the kitchen including problem resolution and effective communication to get the job done. As an ambassador for Indigo Road, you’ll authentically embrace Internal Hospitality and strive to create memorable experiences for people through food.

• Champion internal hospitality and lead a team to craft dishes that leave lasting impressions.
• Nurture and inspire a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
• Hands-on leader who works in the trenches with the team.
• Collaborate with the GM and leaders from the Home Office to maximize kitchen operations. Ensure quality control, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety standards. Manage labor, budgets, forecasts, and ensure the bottom line meets pre-determined expectations.

• 5+ years of experience in kitchen management and menu creation
• Dedication to serve others, internally (team members) and guests
• Hands-on, passionate about cooking, and not a clip-boardd chef
• Experience working with local farmers to procure fresh product and serve quality dishes
• Strong understanding of finances, labor, quality control, and achieving results
