The Food and Beverage Supervisor plays a pivotal role in supporting the Assistant Restaurant Manager in overseeing all dining operations onboard. This position is dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences that embody the highest standards of luxury hospitality. The Supervisor will manage a designated area of restaurant, bar, and lounge service, ensuring innovative dining experiences that align with our commitment to excellence.
In this role, the Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for providing outstanding service and creating memorable dining moments. This includes mentoring and developing the front-of-house team through inclusive leadership, fostering a cohesive and high-performing work environment. Collaboration with the Assistant Restaurant Manager, Executive Chef, Beverage Manager, and Food & Beverage Director is essential for implementing innovative dining concepts, managing service standards, and maintaining the highest levels of hygiene and quality across all assigned areas, including crew dining, in-suite dining, and special events.

RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, the Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for providing outstanding service and creating memorable dining moments. This includes mentoring and developing the front-of-house team through inclusive leadership, fostering a cohesive and high-performing work environment. Collaboration with the Assistant Restaurant Manager, Executive Chef, Beverage Manager, and Food & Beverage Director is essential for implementing innovative dining concepts, managing service standards, and maintaining the highest levels of hygiene and quality across all assigned areas, including crew dining, in-suite dining, and special events.
- Adopt and implement Four Seasons standards of luxury service, emphasizing attentiveness, generosity, and genuine hospitality.
- Foster a service culture focused on personalized attention, ensuring each yacht guest feels valued and recognized.
- Continuously train crew to engage proactively with guests, offering personalized recommendations and accommodating specific requests.
- Embrace intuitive service, anticipating and addressing guest needs before they are expressed, enhancing overall satisfaction.
- Monitor guest feedback and review survey results to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Promptly address and resolve guest complaints or issues to ensure a positive experience.
- Ensure all dining and service crew are thoroughly trained in maritime safety procedures and SOLAS regulations, including emergency response protocols.
- Conduct regular safety drills and training sessions to keep the crew updated on safety practices and ensure readiness.
- Collaborate with the yacht’s marine team to comply with emergency procedures for food and beverage areas.
- Ensure meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of the dining experience, from presentation to ambiance, maintaining impeccable cleanliness and organization.
- Regularly review and refine service procedures to ensure every detail contributes to a seamless dining experience.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 5-7 years in food and beverage management, with at least 2-3 years in a luxury restaurant role.
- Proven experience in luxury hospitality or yacht/cruise line operations is preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, operational excellence, and strong communication skills are essential.
- A degree in Hospitality Management is preferred, along with relevant experience in Leadership Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications in food and beverage management are ideal.
- Familiarity with food and beverage operational systems is required. Experience in Michelin Star establishments is a plus. Cruise ship experience mandatory.
- 21+ years old, no offensive tattoos allowed.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English are a must.
- Possess ability to make decisions.
- Good administrative skills.
- Work with international team members.
- Willingness to live and work onboard the Yacht for extended periods, with travel to various international destinations.
