STEWARD (FULL TIME) – Flik Hospitality Group

We are hiring full‑time Stewards for the AMEX SLC – American Express Centurion Lounge in Salt Lake City, UT. Online applications are accepted only.

Pay Range: $17.00–$20.00 per hour

Perform job duties required to maintain kitchen work areas and kitchen equipment in clean and orderly condition.

• Sweep and mop floors at appropriate intervals to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Operate large electric machines such as dishwashers, sanitizers, trash compactors, and glass crushers.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and all other food prep surfaces as assigned.
• Segregate and remove trash and garbage, placing it in designated containers, and steam‑clean or hose out garbage cans as required.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and other food preparation machines and equipment.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas while observing all safe lifting standards.
• Assist with banquet table and front‑of‑house set up as requested.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and delivering supplies and products.
• Distribute supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Comply with all outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Previous kitchen or warehouse experience is preferred.
