The Role

The Revenue Management Analyst assists in identifying and maximizing all potential revenue opportunities for a portfolio of hotels. The role focuses on gathering data and conducting analysis of revenue potential generated by both transient and group travel.

  • Daily review and management of Revenue Management System recommendations for room accommodation and rate inventory controls
  • Ensure group inventory is managed
  • Implement strategies on 3rd‑party internet channels, ensuring parity in all distribution channels
  • Conduct group evaluation/displacement analysis as needed by hotel sales to determine impact on hotel RevPAR and overall spend in the hotel
  • Prepare weekly strategy reports for numerous hotels used during their strategy meetings
  • Prepare a monthly sell strategy for a 12‑month booking window, ensuring group strategies are in place with the hotel strategy team for the entire booking cycle
Qualifications Experience Required
  • Work with and understand hotel revenue information and data. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience Preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • One year of work experience in a hotel, business, sales, or related field
