Full-time, permanent position (40 hours)

* Work hours:

8am to 5pm, EST. There is a rotating weekend (Sat and Sun) schedule (1 weekend every 4 weeks) and rotating holidays (1 holiday per year). Flexibility to work additional hours as needed, with the understanding that the work schedule is subject to change based on business needs.
**** Job Description Summary
** Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of current pharmacotherapeutic principles, medical terminology, pathologies, disease state and population management, age appropriate therapy, and other information as related to medical and/or pharmaceutical care management.
** Education
* ** Bachelor's Level Degree in Pharmacy required
** Certification/Licensure
*** Pharmacist License in FL and willing to get a secondary license in VA
* Will consider new graduated pharmacists and pharmacists not licensed in Virginia due to relocation.
* Must have Virginia license within 90 days of Sentara start date.
** Experience
* ** At least 3 years of experience (or a residency in managed care could count in lieu of experience)
* Experience with online pharmacy adjudication systems required (i.e., PA Hub)
