Overview

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)- Produce models in support of business strategy utilizing various management systems and Microsoft Office products
- Manage and execute business process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Plan and drive scoping, requirements definition, and prioritization activities for complex initiatives
- Manage acceptance testing activities and ensure defined tests reflect realistic operational conditions
- Collaborate with project colleagues and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage
- High school diploma or equivalent certification
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to perform essential functions of the position satisfactorily
- No specific certification or professional license required
- Must be able to work in a normal office environment
- Experience in healthcare-related project management or process improvement
- Familiarity with learning management systems or similar platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Salary up to $99,700 annually
- Up to 22 days of vacation, 10 recognized holidays, and sick time
