Head of Operations — Full time — Remote

We are seeking a rockstar Head of Operations to help drive our national expansion. Your role will be to help manage the company’s wellness testing operations. You will join a small team in an early-stage environment with massive potential. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of operations pertaining to health and wellness tests completed by Fitnescity's partner clinics and labs.

You will monitor and execute on existing processes (80%), as well as develop and execute on strategies to improve operational efficiency (20%). This is an excellent opportunity to join an innovative company and get direct exposure to cutting-edge health and fitness technology.

• Monitor and improve existing processes (80%) and develop new strategies to increase operational efficiency (20%).

Strong attention to detail is a requirement for succeeding in this position:

• Leader in heart.
• Detail-minded (you will be working with a lot of numbers!) and process-oriented.
• Analytical but comfortable with both strategic and operational tasks.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills with some experience with customer happiness.

• You have an undergraduate or graduate degree in Management.
• You have some experience in Operations (4-6 years).
• You must be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• You have excellent communication skills.
• You are familiar with the health and wellness industry.
