About the Role
We are currently expanding our team and looking for dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Workers to join our growing healthcare service across multiple locations.
What We Offer- Competitive pay: £12.82 per hour
- Full-time hours: 37.5 hours/week
- Stable employment with 12 weeks of uninterrupted work
- Support with enrolment in NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Adult Health and Social Care
- Ongoing supervision, training, and career development
- A welcoming and diverse work environment
- Minimum 1 year of care experience in the UK
- Must be based in or near one of the listed location
- Right to work in the UK (or in process of Home Office transfer)
- Willingness to complete mandatory NVQ Level 2 training
- Commitment to 12 weeks of uninterrupted shift work
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate and reliable approach to care
- Must have UK Driving Licence and must Drive
- Skilled workers under sponsorship looking for Home Office-compliant transfers
