Therapist – Addiction Counseling

Role Overview :
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced   Therapist   who can work closely with clients dealing with various forms of addiction. The role involves conducting online counseling sessions, understanding clients’ challenges, and guiding them through their recovery journey with empathy and professionalism.

Location:

Remote / Work from Home
Salary:
₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct   video counseling sessions   with clients struggling with addiction (alcohol, smoking, drugs, etc.).
Handle approximately   4–5 client sessions per day  .
Provide professional guidance, emotional support, and practical strategies to help clients manage and reduce addictive behaviors.
Maintain a   safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment   during sessions.
Track client progress and provide appropriate follow-ups when required.

Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience   in therapy, counseling, or a related mental health role.
Prior experience in   addiction counseling, rehabilitation centers, or mental health support   will be an advantage.
Strong communication, empathy, and active listening skills.
Confident and professional demeanor while conducting video sessions.
Must have a   laptop and reliable internet connection   for remote sessions.

4–5 sessions per day
Weekly Off:
1 day off per week (preferably Sunday, flexible if required)
