Monday‑Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Typically no weekends or holidays.

• Compounding both non‑sterile and sterile preparations.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the compounding suite.
• Adhering to State, Federal and USP regulations through daily documentation.
• Assisting patients as part of a specialized compounding team.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• MA State Pharmacy Technician license required.
• National PTCB certification preferred; required within one year of employment.
• Strong math skills related to prescription calculations.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and quality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to perform highly physical daily/weekly/monthly cleaning activities wearing a respirator, eye protection and full‑cover sterile attire (incl. lifting objects 20‑30 lbs., bending, stretching, reaching above and below head and waist, kneeling and climbing step ladders).
• Adherence to strict personal hygiene requirements prohibiting the wearing of jewelry, makeup, hair extensions, false eyelashes and long or false fingernails while working.

Note:

This position is fully on‑site and does not permit remote work.

Hourly rate: $20‑30 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location.

Eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
