MD clinicians are board-certified and specially trained to treat individuals with I/DD. Clinicians are available 24/7 via telemedicine for urgent and non-urgent medical matters. Station
MD also offers scheduled behavioral health telemedicine to individuals with I/DD. In providing this suite of services, Station
MD enables individuals with I/DD faster access to high-quality care and substantially reduces unnecessary medical costs.
Position Summary:
We are looking for an exceptional individual who is interested in an excellent career opportunity. They should be ready to accept a challenging job that will require a high level of detail, computer skills, and customer service. The Technical Assistant acts as a liaison between our clients and providers for telemedicine visits. This position offers a flexible shift-based schedule based on the Technical Assistant’s availability;
however, must be available to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Sharingmedicalinformationforencounterswiththeproviders
- Troubleshootingtechnicalissuesassociatedwiththetelemedicineplatform
- Troubleshootingoperationalissuesassociatedwithenteringclientsintothedatabase
- Faxingrecordstoclients
- Assistingclientswithanyissuesthatmightarisethroughoutthe visit
- Copying/pastingnotesintoclientelectronichealthrecords
- Effectivelycommunicatingwithclients
- Stronginterpersonalskillsalongwithgooddecision-making capabilities
- Excellentcommunicationskills(bothwrittenandspeech)
- Proficientintheuseof Excel,experiencewithwebapplications(Zoom) preferred
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues (preferred)
- Excellent computer skills,especially typing
- Attentiontodetailandabilitytomultitaskinhigh-pressure situations
- Must have a strong and secure internet connection
- Experience in a healthcare environment or working with individuals with IDD is a plus
