** Sentara Medical Group has a full-time opening for an APP (NP or PA) to join
** Sentara Primary Care & Therapy Center
** in .
** Position Highlights:
*** Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm
* 40 hours a week (36 patient contact hours and 4 hours of admin time)
* Flexibility to work 4 or 5 days a week to meet the 36 patient contact hours
* 16-18 patients/day
* Patient population - newborns through geriatrics; patients of all ages
* Call schedule: every 8 weeks, with minimal volume, RN triaged first
* Robust training with APP specific training modules, dedicated APP mentor, and specialty shadowing experiences

* Prefer experience as an APP with a background in primary care, med surg, and/or emergency medicine#
